Our alchemical friend Andaiet , Graciela Fertonani,  sent pictures and thoughts on the sunrise. Andaiet as you all know blogs daily with us and is the owner and soul of “Amanecer Institute”, Sunrise Institute, in her home town Rafaela. There you can find all kind of  courses  with programs that include different treatments to take care of our body and balance our emotions. After this brief introduction we will share Andaiet’s pictures and thoughts.

Nustra amiga alquímica Andaiet, Graciela Fertonani, nos mandó fotos y pensamientos sobre el amanecer. Andaiet como ustedes saben blogea con nosotras a diario y es la dueña y alma de Instituto Integral Amanecer, en su ciudad Rafaela provincia de Santa Fe. Alli se pueden encontrar todo tipo de cursos con programas que incluyen distintos tratamientos para cuidar nuestro cuerpo y balancear nuestras emociones. “Amaneceres. Como en la naturaleza, cada mañana, es un amanecer , asi sucede en nuestras vidas, despertemos a esa dimensión, descubramos lo que esta preparado cada día, para nuestro Amanecer, en crecimiento,con conciencia y sabiduría.
Descubrir y escuchar el canto de un pajaro,el silencio, la lluvia que cae, y moja nuestro rostro,el sol que calienta nuestra piel,la belleza de las flores, de los vegetales,su color, textura ,formas,aroma…toda la armonía y perfección del Universo,el equilibrio, agua, sol ,aire y este maravilloso Planeta Tierra que hemos elegido para evolucionar, respiremos en esta dimensión,de creatividad de diversidad y abundancia y diserniremos cada instante del día ,con agradecimiento de estar vivos.
LA ALEGRIA DE VIVIR,es la clave para cada Amanecer…
Fluyamos y buciemos, para no ir contra la corriente, como el rio en su cauce.
La VIDA es como un río, a veces sereno a veces, turbulento, dejémonos llevar por la vida por los caminos y hagamos los cambios, que ella quiere, y desde la Fe y el Valor, veremos con claridad, cada Amanecer en nuestras Vidas.
TODO ES PERFECTO AUNQUE NO LO VEAMOS!!!!!!!!
Esta oración nos servira de guia ….diaría…para que los Amaneceres puedan ser desde esta conciencia.

Señor, concedenos Serenidad, 
para aceptar las cosas que no puedo cambiar.                                                 
Valor, para cambiar,aquellas que puedo.
y Sabiduria, para reconocer la diferencia.                                              
                                                
La Vida nos sorprende cada día,y en la medida que fluyamos con ella, la disfrutaremos o la sufriremos
ESA ES LA CLAVE….PARA ENCONTRAR LA FELICIDAD TAN ANSIADA POR CADA UNO DE NOSOTROS.”  Andaiet.

” Sunrises. Like in nature, every morning, is a sunrise, the same happens in our lives, let’s wake up to that dimension, let’s discover what is ready every day, for our Sunrise, in growth, concience and wisdom. Discover and listen the song of a bird, the silence, the falling rain, that wets our face, the sun that warms our skin, the beauty of the flowers, of the vegetables, their color , texture, shapes and fragance…all the harmony and perfection of the Universe, the equilibrium, water, sun, air and this marvellous Planet Earth that we’ve seen evolve, let’s breath in this dimension, of creativity of diversity and abundance and discern every instant of the day, with thankfulness of being alive.  THE JOY OF LIVING,is the clue to each Sunrise… Let’s flow and dive, not to go against the current, like the river in its bed. LIFE is like a river, sometimes calm and sometimes turbulent, we have to let go to life, to its paths, and let’s make the changes, she wants, and from Faith and Valor, we will see with clarity, each Sunrise in our Lives. EVERYTHING IS PERFECT EVEN IF WE DON’T SEE IT!!!

This prayer will serve us as a guide…I would say…so that the Sunrise can be from this consciousness.

God grant me the serenity to accept things I cannot change,

The courage to change the things I can,

The wisdom to know the difference.
