We all know Shakira for her amazing capacity as an artist, composer and interpreter of her own songs and talented dancer….Shakira is an extraordinary woman, out of the ordaniry. She proves her deep inteligence not only in the way she handles her life and career but also through her sensitivity on the needs of the children that have nothing. She is deeply interested in raising the awareness in early education of children and that it is the key to achive peace in the world and improve local economies. She is starting with her home country, Colombia, following with rest of South America and so forth till she gets the attention of the whole world. This is a video that Madou, an alchemical reader of our blog, shared with us. You can hear and see Shakira present her foundation, Barefoot Foundation at Oxford University’s world-famous Oxford Union.
